Job Coaching Services provide hands-on support to help individuals succeed once they are employed. We work directly with the individual on the job site to build skills, confidence, and independence while learning job duties, workplace routines, and employer expectations.
Support may include task training, problem-solving, communication support, workplace accommodations, and developing natural supports. As skills increase, support is gradually reduced to promote independence and long-term job success.
Our Coaching and Tutoring Services provide personalized support to help individuals build skills, confidence, and direction across education, employment, and daily life. We work collaboratively with each person to identify goals, overcome barriers, and develop practical strategies for success.
Support may include academic tutoring, post-secondary education planning, workplace certification preparation, career development, executive functioning, and life coaching. Services are individualized to meet each person where they are and are designed to promote growth, independence, and long-term success in school, work, and life.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) support students and young adults in preparing for future employment and independence. These services focus on building foundational work-readiness skills, exploring career interests, and developing the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
Instruction may include job exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, post-secondary planning, and hands-on learning experiences. Pre-ETS is designed to help individuals make informed career choices and transition smoothly from school to work.
